These single purpose entities are usually made up of equity investors participating with Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial. We develop shopping centers, retail, hotel, multifamily, mixed use, office parks, industrial parks, entertainment venues, and large unique single family tracts in the Southeast. We are solution oriented and work through the challenges of each development.
