B&CC was recently chosen the winner of the “2010 Deal of the Year” award for the Hilton Garden Inn brand. Ground was recently broken on this new hotel, which will overlook the Ashley River in Historic Downtown Charleston, with completion scheduled for Spring 2014. As noted by Hilton, B&CC “patiently navigated one of the most difficult cities for obtaining permits in the entire Southeast region, resulting in a spectacular deal in a prime location.” Congratulations to all on this great achievement!
