Mr. Mills joined Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial in 2007. His responsibilities include developing budgets for upcoming projects, preparing pro forma operating statements, securing financing for developments, site selection, market research, and due diligence. Mr. Mills earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in 2005. Upon graduation, he was employed by Regions Bank in the Commercial Real Estate Credit Department for 2 years. At Regions Bank, Mr. Mills was responsible for underwriting loans with borrowers having greater than $6,000,000 in exposure to the Bank, assessing the risks associated with various borrowers and property types, and making recommendations for loan parameters.
