Our market strategy is to identify change in the market cycles of real estate and make strategic investment decisions based on an evaluation and understanding of trends in the market place for property. Our focus has been on developing retail shopping centers, brand name hotels, upscale multifamily apartments, unique residential land, and certain commercial land that fits our portfolio criteria. Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial's investment strategy is to expand in retail, hotel, and multifamily as well as to evaluate opportunities in office, medical office, large single family developments, and special situations as they evolve.
