Vic Mills
Victor J. Mills is Founder, Co-owner, and Chief Executive Officer of Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial. He was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Lending, the area's largest mortgage banking company.
He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee. Vic has served on the Southeastern Advisory Board for the Federal National Mortgage Association and was a Founder and President of the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Augusta. Vic has been active in the commercial and residential real estate, and banking community for more than 30 years. He currently serves as managing member for a 6,000-acre planned conservation community in Charleston, South Carolina, and a 900-acre planned conservation community on the Savannah River in Augusta, Georgia.
Mike Graybill, CCIM
Michael A. Graybill, CCIM, is Co-owner of Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial and has specialized in Commercial and Income Properties for more than 30 years. Mike holds an Associate of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Finance, both from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has continued his education with post graduate management seminars at Harvard University and has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate level at Augusta State University. Mike is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors (CCIM), and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He served as Chairman of the Columbia County commission from 1991-1992. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of Augusta's faith based Trinity Hospital. Mike is past President of the West Augusta Rotary Club.
Mark Senn
Mark Senn is Co-owner of Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial. He has been responsible for the development for all the projects that have been developed by Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial since 1987. Mark has also been active with commercial brokerage and build-to-suits for several national tenants.
Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master's degree in City Planning from the School of Architecture at the Georgia, Institute of Technology. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
Tommy Blanchard
Thomas M. Blanchard, Jr., joined Blanchard & Calhoun in 1970 after graduating from the University of Virginia. He has served as President of Blanchard & Calhoun since 1985. Tommy currently serves as the Chairman for the CSRA Community Foundation and the Board of Trustees for the Academy of Richmond County. He also serves on various boards in the community including Westover Memorial Cemetery, First Tee of Augusta, and the Augusta Advisory Board of Wachovia Bank. Tommy is the past Chairman of the Metro Augusta Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Augusta Board of Realtors, and past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia.
