Vic Mills
Vic Mills. Mr. Mills received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee in 1972. He served for approximately nine years in various capacities with North Carolina National Bank (now Bank of America). He left the bank as Senior Vice President in 1980. Mr. Mills moved to Chicago, Illinois, where he served as Executive Vice President of Universal Development Corporation until June, 1983. He later relocated to Augusta, Georgia, as Executive Vice President, and later President, of Banker's First, a $1 billion commercial savings bank. In 1987, he formed Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial Corporation and Prime Lending. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial Corporation since its inception.

Mark Senn
Mark Senn is Co-owner of Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial. He has been responsible for the development for all the projects that have been developed by Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial since 1987. Mark has also been active with commercial brokerage and build-to-suits for several national tenants.

Tommy Blanchard
Thomas M. Blanchard, Jr., joined Blanchard & Calhoun in 1970 after graduating from the University of Virginia. He has served as President of Blanchard & Calhoun since 1985. Tommy currently serves as the Chairman for the CSRA Community Foundation and the Board of Trustees for the Academy of Richmond County. He also serves on various boards in the community including Westover Memorial Cemetery, First Tee of Augusta, and the Augusta Advisory Board of Wachovia Bank. Tommy is the past Chairman of the Metro Augusta Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Augusta Board of Realtors, and past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia.
