Vic Mills
Mr. Mills formed Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial and Prime Lending in 1987. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial Corporation since its inception. Mr. Mills received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee in 1972. He served for approximately nine years in various capacities with North Carolina National Bank (now Bank of America). He left the bank as Senior Vice President in 1980. Mr. Mills moved to Chicago, Illinois, where he served as Executive Vice President of Universal Development Corporation until June, 1983. He later relocated to Augusta, Georgia, as Executive Vice President, and later President, of Banker's First, a $1 billion commercial savings bank.

Mark Senn
Mr. Senn has been responsible for the development of all projects that have been developed by Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial since 1987. He is responsible for the overall development of retail, multi-family, warehousing, and office projects. Mr. Senn received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1976. He then went on to receive his Masters in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979. After Georgia Tech, Mr. Senn served as Director of Planning and Economic Development for the CSRA Planning and Development Commission for 5 years. In 1984, he became Vice President in charge of Real Estate at Bankers First. In 1987, Mr. Senn went on to co-found Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial and serves as its President. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Tommy Blanchard
Thomas M. Blanchard, Jr. joined Blanchard & Calhoun in 1970 after graduating from the University of Virginia. Tommy currently serves on various Boards in the community, including the Board of the CSRA Community Foundation, the Trustees for the Academy of Richmond County, Westover Memorial Cemetery, First Tee of Augusta, and Augusta Advisory Board of Wachovia Bank, among others. Tommy is the past Chairman of the Metro Augusta Chamber of Commerce, past Chairman of the CSRA Community Foundation, and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Academy of Richmond County. He is also the past President of the Augusta Board of Realtors, and past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia.
